Amanda Connor

Amanda Connor is a professional dancer and model based in Philadelphia, PA. She holds a BFA in Dance with a minor in Musical Theatre from the University of the Arts.
Amanda began her dance training at D'Valda and Sirico's Dance and Music Centre in Fairfield, CT, where she studied a wide range of styles. Her education continued at Uarts, as well as summer intensives such as Earl Mosley's Institute of the Arts. During her time at Uarts, she had the opportunity to work with renowned choreographers including Roni Koresh, Milton Myers, and Kyle Clark.
In Philadelphia, Amanda has appeared as a guest artist with several prominent companies, including PLUNGE, with Brian Sanders' JUNK and Stayin' Alive flash mob with ALMANAC.
Her theater credits include ensemble dancer in AIDA (Broadway Theatre of Pitman), Rita/Pearl Girl in Thoroughly Modern Millie, and her debut at The Candlelight Theatre in Catch Me If You Can (female ensemble, directed by Dan Dunn). She also performed with Hot Damn Philly, an all-female dance collective, at Fabrika - often referred to as "Philadelphia's Moulin Rouge."
Amanda currently performs and serves as an event manager with Jewelz Entertainment, one of Philadelphia's premier entertainment companies, owned and operated by Julie Wiegand for over 20 years. She continues to perform as one of the company's lead models, appearing at high-profile events across the country. Notably, Amanda has performed at Philadelphia Style Magazine events in extravagant, high-fashion costuming, bringing elegance, energy, and character to every appearance.
